Hi. This is a 2B2B flat and I’m a current roommate looking for someone to share this nice flat!

Flat is about 10 years old, comes with dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, heating. 24/7 concierge. Not hot in the summer as it’s north facing. Ground floor with a balcony and view of the canal. 5 mins walk to Westferry DLR, 1 min to closest bus stop, 15 mins walk to Canary Wharf Lizzy station, easy bus ride to Aldgate / Liverpool St. Perfect for someone who works in Canary Wharf

The only con imo is that the living room/ kitchen area isn’t too big - it’s comfortable for the roomies but may be too small for parties.

I am a 27yo professional in law. This is my fourth year in London.

House rules to be discussed but I don’t want a party house and would like to have 12-7am as quiet time. I’m not keen on cleaning the house every day - but I would appreciate everyone taking out trash in a timely manner!
