I'm looking for someone to rent a bright, spacious double room with its own private bathroom in a top floor two-bedroom flat. You'll only be sharing the flat with one other flatmate, so it's a quiet, relaxed home rather than a busy house share.

The flat is in Westferry (Zone 2), less than a minute walk to Westferry DLR station and 5-10 min walk to Canary Wharf Station along the lovely Canary Riverside. It's around five minutes on the DLR to Bank (for the Central, Northern, Circle and District lines). Central London is around 20 minutes door-to-door. The area itself is quiet and residential, with plenty of cafés, pubs, parks and riverside walks nearby.

THE ROOM
The room is a generous double and comes furnished with a double bed and mattress, large sliding closet with rails and drawers.

THE FLAT
The flat also has a large kitchen a spacious living room with a projector (perfect for movie nights) and a west-facing balcony overlooking the city of london - perfect for catching the evening sun.

THE BUILDING
The building is clean, secure and well maintained, with electronic-entry access. Parking is in a secure gated area and you get your own designated spot! There is an elevator for disabled access to the top floor.

BILLS
Bills come to around ~£130 per month, which includes electric/gas, WiFi, council tax (band D) and water.

The room would be ideal for someone who wants easy access to central London, and is looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to call home.

THE FLATMATE
You will be sharing the flat with Ife, a working professional in their 30s in the music industry. They are sociable but also appreciate having their own space. They like to keep the flat clean, tidy and calm, and I'm looking for someone who'll enjoy and respect that kind of environment.
