1 Room Available Now in Nice Flat in Westferry

Hello!

I live in a nice flat next to Westferry / Limehouse and I am looking for a flatmate. The flat is literally 3 minutes away from Westferry station, 3 minutes from Limehouse and its nice canals and basin. It is also within a 10 minutes walking distance from Canary Wharf, which is perfect if you work/like shopping there. The room is available from Saturday 04/10.
The flat is a very nice one. There is a big lounge and a big kitchen (see pictures). I have changed the furniture that you can see on the pictures and put much nicer ones. There is also a terrace.
The room is a clean double room with a double bed, a good window, a chest of drawers, 2 cupboards and a bedside table (see picture). If that’s not enough, there are more cupboards in the flat. All the furniture is brand new.
Let me tell you a bit about myself. I am 29, chilled out, clean and quiet. I am looking for the same type of person, in their twenties/thirties. I like to hang out but when it comes to being at home, I like to make it cozy and quiet. I work in finance in Oxford Circus, commuting there takes about 30-35 minutes.
There is everything you need in terms of equipment. The kitchen is full of cooking stuffs (oven, microwave, plates, ...), there is a washing machine, the bathroom is clean and composed of a bath tube/shower. There is also internet.
The rent is 155/week and the deposit is £400. The minimum term is a few months.
I'm looking for someone that can start paying rent quite soon.
