The flat has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (strong showers that stay warm). It has wooden laminate flooring in the hallway and the living room area. The south facing balcony is huge and has a sunbed to enjoy the sunny days. The balcony is just on top of the canal - which guarantees a nice view and is also ideal if you like running or the occasional bike tour. Some views of the Canary Wharf Skyline.

There is a 7 day a week, 8 am to 6pm concierge, who can accept your Amazon parcels while you're working.
Super fast 1GB Hyperoptic broadband included in the rent.

The flats is very covenient: It benefits from a lift, a concierge as well as close proximity to two supermarkets (within 1 minute walking distance). It takes less than 15 minutes to walk to Canada Square.

West India Quay (restaurants, bars, cinema): 10 minute walk, 5 minutes by bus
Bus Stop: Right outside the development
Westferry DLR station: 7 minute walk
Mile End tube station (Central Line): 12 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus
Canary Wharf (Jubilee line/DLR/Elisabeth Line, shops, bars, restaurants): 8 minutes by bus, buses every 5 minutes (D6, D7, 277)
Supermarkets: Tesco in the same building and LIDL across the street
Barclays Bike Hire: 1 minute away (it takes 8 minutes to cycle to Canary Wharf station)

The other flatmates are very clean, respectful and fun professionals.
