Light and spacious double room, furnished, 6-7 mins walk from Westferry Station, 10-15 mins walk to Canary Wharf station. Multiple transport links in the area - Liverpool Street 20 mins away by DLR or bus. Building has reception with concierge.
Spacious living room and kitchen, balcony overlooking Canary Wharf, large closet in the room, shared bathroom. Tesco and Lidl a street away.
I would prefer a professional who is looking for a Mon - Fri home away from home in London, but am open to 7 days for the right person. I am also open to a 3/4 days/week arrangement with the relevant adjustment in price.
Rent is £850 for a Mon - Fri arrangement, all bills included. Council tax band D.

Relaxed atmosphere, Netflix, fiber optic internet. I'm looking for someone easygoing and respectful. You are welcome to have friends and guests over as long as we discuss it in advance and you are mindful of noise levels.
I work in the City, from the office 3-4 days per week, so home is a place for relaxing.
