Spacious three bed, two bath (one shower, one bath/shower) apartment in secure, portered building in the heart of Westminster.

It's a lovely big, light and airy fifth floor space overlooking the Westminster rooftops (with lift access).

Common areas:
Spacious shared living area - sitting room and adjoining dining room - plus kitchen with washer/dryer and mini dishwasher.

Available room:
Master bedroom - furnished with double bed, small table, dresser, bookcases, desk and armchair plus built-in wardrobe storage. Usual occupant is a filmmaker currently working out of town.

Bathrooms:
- There are two in the flat. Master bedroom uses the shower bathroom.

About the other flatmate:
Well-traveled female professional graduate. Landlord is currently working out of town, will occasionally use the small third bedroom room on weekends.

We all keep the common areas tidy - and a weekly cleaner, building costs, wifi and use of communal TV is included in the bills.

New flatmate:
Love to find someone who is smart and fun - and Covid savvy! We are both professionally ambitious and therefore quite busy, but friendly nights in also happen.

Location:
Brilliant. A few mins walk from St James Park and Westminster tube and a block from the river. Collegiate quiet in the area but cycle into Soho in 10 mins (or walk in 25). Jubilee, Victoria and District/Circle tube stops within 10 mins walk. Two supermarkets within 5 mins, various gyms and all amenities in striking distance. Parks everywhere.
Otherwise:
- The room is available early September
- Contract is essential, initially three months, with a rolling notice period thereafter. Flatmates have tended to stay a couple of years, only moving on because of work relocation. It's a good set up and the right combination of people makes it great!
