Bright Westminster Bedroom for Female Professional

A single bedroom available in a three-bedroom flat at the heart of Westminster for a young female professional or postgraduate student.

About us: An English 23yo graduate working for the government and a Russian 24yo in the last year of a PhD in public project management. We collectively speak French, Russian, Spanish and Polish and enjoy learning about cultures through readings, travels and the wider arts.

We socialise together a fair deal while respecting each other’s work and personal spaces. During the weekend, we sometimes cook, shop and do sports together. We do see the flat as our home rather than just a flat share and therefore look only for long-term tenants (at least 6 months, ideally 12 months +).

The landlords are private and privilege a cohesive atmosphere in the flat - the £580 price is permanent and won’t change post-COVID. Bills come to about £80 per person per month.

The flat doesn’t have a living room but the kitchen area is white spacious and one of the rooms has a couch where we sometimes hangout. The kitchen is fully equipped with all things needed to cook, as well as a washing machine and a dishwasher.

One bathroom (bath tub + toilet) is shared between the three bedrooms.
