Kitchen: well-appointed with Miele appliances, including induction hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a breakfast bar offering panoramic views across London.

Bathroom: one ensuite bathroom and your bathroom is shared with one other person but it´s split so that the toilet and the shower are separated into two different rooms and can be used at the same time.

Communal rooftop: access is on the same floor and offers a beautiful roof garden overlooking the River Thames, The Houses of Parliament, views spanning 270 degrees and a fantastic view of the fireworks on New Year's Eve.

Council tax, electricity and internet are not included in the price and total around 80£ per month per tenant. Hot water and heating are included in the rental.

Your flatmates: we are two outgoing and easy-going professionals working in Finance who like playing sports, being outdoors and enjoying having friends at home from time to time. We are looking for a like-minded young professional who is clean and tidy like us.

Parking: off-street and additional underground parking are available for separate rental or on-street permits are easy to obtain. The property is in the congestion charging zone so the total charge is exempt upon registering with TFL.
