The Room:
- Is Spacious and Furnished with a Double Bed, Great Sized Fitted Wardrobes and 2 side tables.

The Flat:
- Has a Porter to collect post.
- Is very safe, with a permanently locked entrance (only access to residents), together with a fitted entrance call system and camera to see who has rung up to the flat.

- Two females and one male. All are in their mid-twenties and really welcoming and easy going. Two are professionals and the other a mature student. The atmosphere of the flat is always calm and relaxed.

Deposit:
- 3 weeks security deposit + 1 weeks rent in advance.

- Are extremely reputable and trustworthy!
- Have a separate maintenance number for any problems.
