I am Bryan, an MSc student in International Management at Imperial College Business School. I wanted to inform you that a room will soon be available in my flat as my current roommate is going on an exchange program.

Our flat is in the heart of Westminster, just an 8-minute walk from both St. James Park Station and Westminster Station, and a 20-minute walk from Covent Garden.

The apartment is on the third floor and features two bedrooms, a bright and spacious living room, and an open kitchen. The building also offers a 24-hour concierge, a well-equipped gym, and a lovely internal courtyard garden.

The available room is en-suite, including a private bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a fitted wardrobe. It will be available from mid-August for a year, with some flexibility on the move-in date.
