En-suite double bedroom in Pimlico

Hi there,

I am looking for a new flatmate to move in with me into my two-bedroom flat in Pilmico, London. Sadly, my current flatmate needs to move out and I would like to extend the contract for the next year.

The flat is located at the private complex in Pimlico, right next to the tube station. The porter and security gards are always here, so it is very safe and friendly.

You will have your own bathroom with a bathtub and a shower and a double bedroom fully furnished in wardrobes. The flat has plenty of additional storage (such as a seperate space for coats and jackets, shoes and cleaning product storage).

We will be sharing the living room area as well as the kitchen, both are fully furnished and well-equipped.

Pimlico is such a great and central area with a walking distance to Victoria or Chelsea. There are also plenty of buses available nearby.

I am a Polish 25-year old girl working in London. Currently I work both from home and sometimes from the office. I am also a certified Life Coach with strong interest in self-development. I am a tidy, friendly, respectful and social person. I enjoy quiet evenings at home as well as going out to dinners and art galleries. I do not throw parties at home!

I am looking for someone who's currently working and someone clean, friendly, respectul of other's space and social.

The rent would be £1350 plus bills (bills depend on the month but they won't be more than £200 per person).
