XL Double in Westminster Short Let Only

Hiya!

This is a short let only, please don’t contact if you’re only looking for a longer contract than the dates below (those shall be ignored).

Current household: we’re a current household of 2, looking for a 3rd person to take our flatmate’s room who is going travelling for several months. Dom (32) works in the music industry and I (26) am a visual artist. We love a bit of friendly banter but respect each other’s space. I keep myself more to myself in my artsy thoughts, Dom’s more of the social one who loves a casual pint down the pub.

What we’re looking for: ideally we’re looking for someone who is also an artist, who wants to take this as an opportunity to share a living space, with the potential to collaborate. Alternatively, if you’re not an artist but the dates work, then we shan’t discriminate. ☺️

Room availability: 20.05 - 20.09*
We would ideally be looking at having someone come for the full 4 months, or for 1 month only.

Bills: some bills are included, with the summer coming additional bills shouldn’t be any more than £100 pcm.

The room and property: the room itself is very large, with plenty of natural light. Furniture will stay and personal items removed. The TV and monitors can stay for your convenience, but can also be moved if that’s better for you. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat itself is on the 5th floor (with a lift) and our balcony has a stunning view into our green courtyard (always makes my heart melt hearing the birds chirp. 🕊️✨)

Viewings: viewings shall take place on Friday evening on 10.05 at 5-8:30pm, Saturday 11.05 at 2-4pm and Monday 13.05 9-10am.
