MORE ABOUT THE FLAT:

- You would be sharing the flat with two male professionals, both in their early 20s. One (British) works at an estate agency, and the other (French) is a chef for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Both of them are awesome people. They are clean, respectful, and quiet.

- The bathroom and kitchen are shared but we never had an issue with overcrowding in either place - most of the time, only one or two people max are in the flat due to different schedules.

- The flat is managed by an agency which has been great and always responsive in any situation.

- There is no minimum or maximum amount of time for your contract. You can rent it for a short amount of time (say, one or two months) or more long-term (say, a year): it is up to you.

- The room is fully furnished and will be cleaned before you move in.
