Yours will be a large en-suite master bedroom with own balcony overlooking the building garden. The room is fully furnished as shown in the pictures (plenty of storage in the room + large work desk and nice work chair in the room). Feel free to reach out and ask for more pics/videos!

This brilliant 2 bed 2 bath flat is situated off the main road in central Westminster with garden facing views from the balcony + entire flat has floor to ceiling windows so plenty of natural light throughout the day (huge plus since there’s direct sunlight through the flat for a bit atleast everyday) + some utilities are included in the rent. There is also an integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, toaster etc in the flat.
Also, amazing places like St. James’s park, Green Park, Hyde Park, SOHO, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Westminster Abbey/, London Eye, Southbank etc. are all within 15-30 mins walking distance! (Also, Buckingham Palace is 10 mins walking down the road, so area is as safe as it gets!)

Transportation: The building is within a short walking distance of St. James’s Park station, Westminster Station, Victoria Station, Thames Clipper Boat Service + direct bus services to most locations through London - all in all excellent transport links (my office is at Waterloo and it takes me about 20/25 minutes by walk door to door - how awesome is that!).

The building itself features a daytime weekday onsite concierge. Also, I already have wifi connection sorted so all you need to do is just move in with your luggage – rest everything is set up.

A little about myself: I am a corporate lawyer and super tidy/clean .. appreciate socialising but totally respect private space.. would be looking for a like minded professional.. current flatmate is looking to move back home for a bit so looking for a new one now 🙂
