1 double bedroom available from the 8th of December in a 3 bed flat sharing with 2 other girls. Bills are not included but come to approximately £90-£100 a month including WiFi, energy and gas, water and council tax.
The flat is located in a prime central location in the heart of Westminster. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Pimlico station on the victoria line, a 10-15 minute walk to St James's Park on the circle and district lines, or Westminster station on the jubilee line.
You would be living with myself and Belle who are friendly and considerate housemates that enjoy socialising but also respect our own space. We tend to work from home a couple/few days a week so WFH is not an issue.
We have a shared living room with netflix, disney etc., and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine. There is a small balcony off the kitchen and the flat is within a gated courtyard.
The flat is fully furnished and the room comes with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, chair, bookshelf and 2 side tables.
