Double room in Westminster - Looking for Flatmate

Hiya, I've found a beautiful 2 bed flat in Westminster, which I'm moving into September 15th for uni, and am looking for a flatmate! Hoping to find someone who wants to be friends and make the place a nice shared home. I hope we get along well, since living with someone you have a good relationship with is always a huge plus, quality of life-wise. I’m excited to decorate the space, and i’d like a flatmate who is clean and responsible. Having a clean kitchen is always nice, but messiness is no biggie as long as we aren’t talking cartoonishly tall towers of unwashed dishes.

About me: I’m an illustration BA student starting 2nd year at Camberwell College of Arts. Generally big on the creative side of things, i play guitar (not loudly), edit, write (to a degree) and draw obviously. Other big passions include film and tv, music, travel and nature. I’m a Londoner, moving to be closer to college, so if you’re living here for the first time im more than happy to show you around! I’d say im slightly more on the introverted side, simply in the sense that some time alone is important for my energy. I'm not a recluse by any means though, and i have been known to go out, regularly even 😎.

Details on the place: its on the third floor, in a nice quiet neighbourhood, but near to Victoria and Pimlico stations. Easy to get to a lot of unis from there, KCL, UAL, etc. You get your own bathroom, and the flat feels pretty spacious, with a lot of natural light. I'd also say the price is pretty good given the location and the quality of the flat. I would be subletting it to you for whatever length you intend to stay, I think that's everything, DM me if you're interested :)
