Ensuite bedroom in Westminster/St James

I am looking to sublet my bedroom in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that I’ve been renting with her girl friend. The apartment is under a 24 months contract with 12 months break clause, currently 7 months through the contract and with the possibility of extending the contract further if required. The new person will take over the terms of the contract. Move in dates are flexible however ideally a new person will take over the rent some time in October or at the beginning of November.

Looking for the right person- a young professional female in her 20s or 30s, clean, responsible, chill rather party girl. She will be sharing the apartment with another professional Asian girl in her late 20s who works in finance.
