Hi! I’m traveling for a month so looking to sub-let my room for 3 weeks between January 13th - February 2nd.
It’s a huge master bedroom as part of a spacious 3 bed flat in Westminster (~1,500 sq. ft) with a large outdoor patio (~1,500 sq. ft). The room has a walk in wardrobe with tons of storage and an en-suite bathroom.
The two existing tenants are 24/26 YO guys who work in finance / consulting, so the flat is largely empty during weekdays (and usually weekends too as both like to play sports). Both are tidy and easy to get along with.
Looking for someone who’ll just keep the space tidy and respect the neighbors / flatmates!
