I’m looking for a friendly, respectful person to rent a bright and comfortable double room in my flat in Pimlico.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, two chests of drawers and desk, making it ideal for someone working or studying. It’s light and airy, with large windows and good storage.

The flat itself is clean, cosy and laid out over two floors, with both bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. There’s a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet, which makes sharing much easier. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, good storage and a dining table, and there’s a comfortable shared living room for relaxing. There’s also a small balcony.

I’m 25 and work in HR full time, I’m friendly, considerate and like to keep the flat clean and calm. I enjoy having a chat in the evenings but also value my own space, so it’s a relaxed, respectful household rather than a party flat.
