We’re looking to rent out a room in our spacious flat shared by 4 people, located on the top floor of a well-maintained building with concierge service. I would be ideal to rent the room for someone who wants to stay at least 1 year

The room (In the floor plan Number 4) comes with its own private bathroom (the flat has 5 bathrooms in total, so everyone has their own), offering a high level of comfort and privacy. Being on the top floor, the flat is bright and quiet.

You’ll be sharing the flat with three Italian professionals, all working in finance and living in London for around three years. We all work full-time and keep the flat clean and respectful, while also enjoying a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at home.
