Sunny double room in friendly Westminster flat

I'm looking for someone to take over the lease on my lovely room in Westminster/Pimlico from around 20th May. Moving out because I'm getting my own place and 20th is when I expect to have the keys, but can likely have some flexibility with the exact date.

It's a friendly flat, sociable while respecting each others' privacy. Currently, the other flatmates work as a diplomat and a technical coordinator for a housing developer.

Location:
The flat is situated between Pimlico tube station (10 min walk), Victoria station (15 min walk), St James Park (15 min walk) and Westminster tube station (15 min walk). Trafalgar square/Covent garden/Leicester Square/The London Eye/Oxford Street and are all within 30 min walking distance. This location allows great access to the District/Victoria/Jubilee and Circle lines as well as regular bus services to all over London. Victoria is our closest high street where are supermarkets and gyms. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs to visit.

The room & the flat:
The room includes a double bed, a wardrobe with mirror, and a bed-side table. It has a big window and gets lots of sun in the afternoon. There is a shared bathroom and well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) in the flat, as well as a living room with dining table, TV and a sofa bed that can be used for guests. It's located within a 6 storey courtyard with secure entrance to the courtyard and the staircase.

The cost:
Rent is currently £866 per month plus roughly £85 on bills. We are renting through a local estate agents and they will need a deposit, proof of employment and reference from a previous let.

I've really enjoyed my time living here and couldn't recommend it more!

NB: There may be another room coming up in the flat shortly after since another of the flatmates is also buying a house, in case you are looking for a room at the same time as a friend.
