Ensuite Room in Flat in Central London

Hi, I'm searching to transfer my contract to someone for an ensuite room at the 16th Floor at Urbanest Westminster. It's in a 11 people flat with a big shared kitchen. The peoplein the flat are really friendly and fun.

The accomodation has a great central location, being able to see the London Eye and Big Ben from your window. It's a 10 minutes walk from King's Waterloo Campus. It's a 15 minutes walk to King's Strand Campus and to LSE. UCL is also very close.
The accomodation also has amazing faciities. There's a gym and three big common rooms.

The price is 329£ per week, and I want to transfer my contract because I can't afford it anymore for personal reasons. This is such a great accomodation, that I wish I didn't have to leave, but at least someone else will be able to enjoy it!
