My current flat mate is leaving so I’m looking for another to live with myself and my little pug, Lilibet!
About me -
I’m 21, Welsh and moved to London in May! I’m an aspiring Barrister and enjoy all things politics and law. Beyond this I work as an Event Manager and Freelance Recruiter. Lilibet is the most chilled dog and so welll behaved. So you must feel comfortable with dogs!
About the house and room -
The flat apartment consists of a great size living room, kitchen and balcony. You can decorate and add flair to the place!
The room is a good double which has direct access to the balcony.
The area is amazing, with Parliament and London Eye being a 2 minute walk away. We have Lambeth North, Westminster and Waterloo tube stations minutes away so can pretty much get anywhere in london. The amenities are amazing with lower marsh being just behind us which has everything you could ever need.
Rent and bills - roughly around £925
I’ve used the photos from the estate agents but will get better photos later in the week.
Referencing will be conducted so proof of income, bank statements, work contacts etc will need to be provided.
