My name is Sam and I am renting out my room because I’m moving back China.

My place is in perfect location: SE1 7GL. Two tube stations Waterloo station and Westminster station within 5 minutes of walk. Tesco, M&S just around the corner.

We have a parking lot, swimming pool, gym, sauna, hot tub, and steam room in the building with a 24 hours reception. The area is perfectly safe and convenient to travel to everywhere.

You will have 1 flat mate Daniel, he is in another room. My flat mate is a Scottish man working as an engineer, he is very well educated and polite and considerate. I’m sure you won’t have problems living with him. But we require you to meet us face to face to see if you can get along with him anyway.
