【Room】13th-floor en suite, 6-person flat, with private bathroom and shared kitchen (accepting single or multiple room booking). All occupants in the flat are LSE undergraduate students, with no one holding parties at night. The kitchen is large and clean, equipped with a fridge and a freezer with ample storage space for everyone (we’ve also added an extra small fridge).

【Lease Term】From June 13 to August 31, 2024. The exact start date is negotiable, preferably covering the entire lease term.

【Rent】Original price £350+, discounted to £270/ week, inclusive of all bills. Rent negotiable depending on how long you can cover the lease term. Contract transferred through the official channel of the property provider. Access to the gym downstairs, worth £270, is provided as a bonus for free (including all fitness facilities, swimming pool and sauna).

【Location】SE1 7FR, Zone 1 in London, by the Thames River, with Big Ben and London Eye just steps away. Within a 10-minute walk to KCL Waterloo campus, and 20-25 minutes to LSE, KCL main campus, UAL Elephant & Castle campus, Covent Garden and Chinatown.
