The room is located in a modern apartment just by the side of Westminster Bridge, with perfect access to all kinds of transportation—underground and railway at the Waterloo Station, and many bus lines at the close bus stop. A large Sainsbury’s and a M&S food hall are within 5 minutes’ walk from the building. Very friendly and tidy flatmates to share a modern kitchen. All current flat mates are students from London School of Economics. All bills and maintenance are included in the rent. You can take over the contract from the apartment and pay directly to the apartment, so zero risks from the renting process. I will pay a service fee myself before moving out to let the apartment clean the room for an additional time, making sure it is perfectly clean when you move in.
