Hi everyone, I hope you're well. I’m looking for a FEMALE STUDENT to take over my £289 per week room at Urbanest Westminster Bridge from 01/11/24 to 31/08/25, with the possibility to re-book for the next academic year. I am leaving as I am moving in with family. However, my contract does not allow me to terminate without having a replacement to take over the tenancy agreement. It is a beautiful, modern room with an incredible view of London’s skyline. The room is WELL FURNISHED with a bed that has underneath storage; many shelves for your books, folders, personal items; a large desk with a cabinet for working; a chair; and a wardrobe. It has ALL BILLS (water, electricity, underfloor heating, WiFi) included.

NOTE that this is a twin-ensuite room (two separate lockable rooms with a thick divider wall that opens and closes). You will be sharing a lovely, modern bathroom (shower, toilet, wash hand basin) with another student. She is really nice and mature as she is a PHD student.

The building has a rooftop terrace, gym, cinema room, swimming pool, many social spaces, and quiet areas to work too.

You will be walking distance to all of London’s best sights (the London Eye, Big Ben, Soho, the West End, St Paul’s), and have endless transport links to choose from.
