Single Room with Big Ben View (Student-Only)

I am looking for someone to take over the contract of my single private room(fully furnished) at Urbanest Westminster Bridge - a student accommodation in the heart of London from mid-June to September 5th 2026. The room has extensive storage space and is in a flat on the 7th floor with fantastic views of Big Ben and St. Paul's Cathedral. The bathroom is for your own personal use and there is a shared kitchen with one or two others. The rent is £292 per week, and this is a student-only let so there are no council tax payments required.
