Fully furnished double room in a stunning and spacious two bed apartment flat with lots of storage space, a double bed and a spacious desk to work on. The apartment has a reception hall, followed by a bright living room with a modern fitted kitchen and a family bathroom and benefits from fitted wardrobes and outstanding thermal and sound proofing.
The flat is on the 4th floor of the Perspective Building, 100 Westminster Bridge Rd with a really friendly 24hr concierge. Extra perks of the building include laundry service, garbage pickup from your apartment, social events and a touch of James Bond (before completely refurbished The Perspective used to be the MI6 HQ).

It is right next to Lambeth North station (Bakerloo line), in front of a central bus stop (appox 6 routes) and less than a 5 minute walk from Waterloo station and South Bank, with supermarkets across the street. D

The flatmate is an outgoing 28 year old professional, currently working for Shell. He’s into fitness, diners, drinks and brunches (in that order) but also extremely tidy and incredibly quite; we have been living together for almost 4 years so I can personally vouch for him.
