You will also have access to a large balcony that offers fantastic views of the London Eye, perfect for enjoying the city's famous fireworks on New Year's Day. If you need additional furniture, we are happy to provide it.

All bills are included in the rent, including gas, electric, council tax, TV license, water, internet, and phone line. We pride ourselves on offering a hassle-free living experience, so you don't have to worry about anything.

The flat is conveniently located in zone 1, with excellent transport links. Waterloo, Westminster, and Lambeth North stations are all just a short walk away, and there are frequent buses to central London that take just 10 minutes. St. Thomas hospital is nearby for emergencies, and there is frequent police presence in the area, making it very safe and well-lit at night.

The flat has been newly refurbished, with fresh paint, new carpets, and new appliances and fixtures. The communal areas, including the kitchen, bath, and WC, are spacious and not cramped. The eat-in kitchen features all appliances and two large, bright windows that let in lots of light.

We have strict house rules in place to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and respected, and it's important that the person moving in is clean and responsible. The building has two new lifts, so you don't have to wait if you're in a hurry. The neighbours are quiet and respectful, and most of them are professionals. The solid brick walls block sound transmission, ensuring a peaceful living environment.
