The space is in excellent condition, it’s very clean and comes with good condition furniture. All kitchen appliances provided and there is a modern on-suite toilet and shower. LED down-lights and electrical rewiring have been applied to the apartment to a high standard of decorative finish. Preferably we are looking for a single tenant. The current tenant leaves at the end of October, and the property will be freshly painted and professionally cleaned.

The apartment is 6 minutes walk to White City Central Line station. Westfield London is a 7 minute walk. Hammersmith hospital is a 3 minute walk. Imperial College campus is also a 3 minute walk. There are excellent transport links to many busses and shopping supermarkets, coffee shops and bars (3 minute walk). Feedback from previous tenants is always fantastic.
