THIS IS A SINGLE ROOM - NO ROOMMATES
I need someone to take over my tenancy at the Gradpad Woodland accommodation. You need to be a Postgraduate Student at any University in London.
The room is on the 8th floor and fully furnished. It has its own spacious bathroom and a kitchen with a Stove, Oven-Microwave combo and a fridge with integrated freezer.. On request items such as pans, desk lamp etc. could be left for the new tenant. The Accommodation also provides a nice common room as well as a gym and other study facilities.
The room would be professionally cleaned before the handover.
The Room is rather large and comes and is directly on the Imperial College White City Campus and is directly next to the Hammersmith Campus. It is connected to the Imperial College South Kensington Campus vie Shuttle Bus and is just a short walk away from the White City (Central Line) and the Woodlane (Circle and Hammersmith & City Line) Underground station.
It is also right next to the Westfield mall.
The takeover date is negotiable.
