We are looking for a friendly, clean and easy going student or professional to join us from beginning of January.

The house is walking distance to North Finchley and Whetstone. (3 Adults living in the house)
Initial rental period: 3 months with option of renewal

Your room: Cosy with a large Wardrobe, Double bed, night table, desk, shelves and mirror.
Your Bathroom is large, opposite the room and is shared with just one person (there are 3 more bathrooms in the house)

Parking: drive way and off street with no restrictions

Rent: £800 per month paid in advance and £500 refundable deposit.
A month’s rent + The deposit needs to be paid before moving in. A total of £1,300
All bills included (internet, gas, electricity, water)

Discount applies if the room is rented just Monday to Friday.

• Only Females: Professional or full-time student. Not working/studying from home.
• No pets
• No smokers
• References are required

The house is a 15 minute walk to New Southgate train station (Overground zone 4, 25 mins to Moorgate). or 7 mins by bus to Woodside Park (northern line).

Located nearby are beautiful Parks where you can walk or run.

We also have a small dog who is the absolute best and lovely.
