Live in landlady 2 rooms to rent on separate floor

I am retired but have a separate floor to the house and am looking to rent 2 rooms to 2 females. There is access to a shower room and a bathroom, a separate living room and a kitchen on the same level. As I live in the property, but downstairs, I ideally want tenants that are not too noisy but I do enjoy a chat sometimes as my adult daughters moved out a long time ago. I do have visitors sometimes but keep myself busy as I'm quite a social butterfly!
