Large Double room to rent in family home with dog

We are a family of four, mum, dad, two sons (17 and 18 years) and a friendly Labrador. We live in spacious home with off street parking and electric charging point. We have excellent transport links, very close to Oakleigh Park station with access to the city and 10 minutes from Totteridge and Whetstone tube. Lots of local amenities on the high road.
We have a large furnished double bedroom with sole use of adjacent large bathroom. We are looking for a clean, tidy and respectful individual.
