Double room available in a newly refurbished, quiet flat in Whetstone. Looking for a female ideally, professional or student to share the flat.

The room is fully furnished, and the flat is south-facing with lots of natural light throughout the day. You’ll be living in the flat alone for the meantime, and I occasionally pop in to my room but currently living with my parents. You will eventually be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with one other female.

The location is very convenient:
- Bus stop just a 1-minute walk from the flat
- 7-minute bus ride to Arnos Grove Station (Piccadilly Line)
- 10-minute bus ride to Totteridge & Whetstone Station (northern line)
- 15 minute walk to New Southgate station (great northern & thames link)

The area is peaceful, residential, and well connected for commuting and local amenities.
