10 mins walk to White City station, great bus links and Santander bike station nearby. 15 mins walk to Westfield (dangerous for shopaholics). 2 mins walk to nearest Tesco metro. Big Sainsbury's 15 mins walk or 7 mins on the bus.
Sharing with 3 professional, fun guys. Other guy is moving to Australia. All work hard, play hard guys, tidy and clean. Love having a drink together, chat at the kitchen table or settled in on the sofa for a netflix or board game night. 2 of us are working from home full time at the moment.
Looking for professionals to join us who are clean and tidy, up for a laugh and chat but respectful of others space.
Room 2 available March 22nd but can flex 2 weeks either way - £580pcm, Furnished with bed, wardrobe and bedside table. Additional £130 per person for bills (water, gas, electric, council tax, tv license, broadband, netflix, cleaner every 2 weeks and all cleaning products and loo roll etc). There will be reference checks and tenancy agreement to sign. Deposit held through our agency.
This isn't a student digs, its our home. Looking for new member of our family.
Can arrange video tours/interviews etc given current situation. Hope we can still find someone to come join us.
