Double room in White City house (with garden!)

Double room to rent in a cosy house in White City. Available from the 12th December, living with one other professional female and use of shared bathroom with bath & shower. Separate bathroom downstairs. There is use of a small office available, shared with current tennant.

Big open plan living, dining and kitchen area with access into private garden. The living space is shared so looking for someone tidy and respectful!

White City Tube(central line) is about 8 mins walk away, Wood Lane is about 9 mins (Hammersmith & City Line). There is a Sainsbury's and a Tesco about 5 minutes walk away. We are very close to Wormwood Scrubs which is a huge green park, and across the road from the Hammersmith hospital.

Council tax is included in the monthly rent. Not included: Water, Electricity, Gas and Internet which comes to approx 120GBP/month.

Length of stay can be flexible but would prefer to find someone who is looking to stay for at least 6months, ideally longer. No couples, pets or smoking.
