I’m renting out my double bedroom in a 4-bedroom flat, as I’ll be going home for about 5 months. This is a fixed-term rental (no possibility to extend), but I can be flexible with the exact end date so you won’t feel rushed when moving out.

The flat is in a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from White City, Shepherd’s Bush, and Wood Lane stations. It’s right behind the BBC building, which makes the area quiet and safe, while Westfield Shopping Centre with hundreds of shops, restaurants, and entertainment is just around the corner.

The bedroom is a good size and has space for a small dining and sitting area. It overlooks the park, giving you a peaceful view and quiet nights – rare for central London.

The flat includes:
• Separate bathroom and toilet
• A fully equipped kitchen with all main appliances
• Current flatmates: from Spain and from India, all professionals, friendly, and respectful
• A simple cleaning rota to keep the flat tidy

Right across the street, there’s a large park with tennis and basketball courts, plus open fields for sports or just relaxing outdoors. Supermarkets like Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Lidl are within walking distance.

Rent covers everything – all bills are included – so you won’t have any extra costs.

We’re looking for someone who can take the room for the full 5-month period, starting the 1st of November.
