The room has big wardrobe, cupboards, desk and chair. You share with one room mate to use a good size kitchen with microwave, fridge/freeze, washing machine and dinning area, and a clean bathroom with separate toilet.

The flat is on the fourth floor of the building with secure door entry system at the entrance. It is a stone's throw away from the Westfield (White City) Shopping Centre with many shops, dinning places and surrounding sports facilities, parks and social attractions in Shepherds Bush - restaurants, cafes, pubs and bars, live music at the O2 Shepherds Bush Empire, cinemas, etc.

It has convenient transport link:
- 5 min walk to White City Tube Station (on Central Line)
- 6 min walk to Wood Lane tube stations (on Hammersmith and City Lines)
- 7 min walk to White City bus terminal.
- 12 min walk to Shepherds Bush station (on London over ground).

The ideal room mate is a working professional or mature student- clean and tidy with consideration to others- no loud music, party and excessive drinking alcohol in the room and inside flat. A couple will not be considered for the room. For people working from home, extra fee (£50) is required.
