Hi all,

There is an available room to rent in a first floor flat in White City. All bills are included (however this may fluctuate depending on government increase etc). We have a cleaner that comes every two weeks, which is approximately £50-60 a month per person.

The flat is about 8 minutes walk from White City station (central line) and 10 minutes from Wood Lane (Circle and Hammersmith lines). It is located about a 10 minute walk from Westfield Shopping Centre.
The flat has 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a small balcony, a kitchen with all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine etc), a bathroom and separate WC. The storage space is quite generous in the flat.

The bedroom is spacious and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, bookcase, sofa and built-in walk-in wardrobe.

Move in date is March 31st.

We are looking for a professional in their 30's/40's with similar interests who are easy going, quiet, clean and tidy. :)
