I am looking for a postgraduate student to take over my lease (June 17-Sept 22 2023) at Gradpad Wood Lane Studios in White City. The rent is discounted to £230/week from £309/week, and this includes all bills and amenities. I would be open to renting my flat out for only part of my remaining lease too.
The room should have everything that you need, including a kitchenette, private bathroom, double bed, desk and chair. I can also leave behind some kitchenware (pots, pans, plates etc.) and other household items if desired.
