Hi there!

I am a PhD student at Imperial in the final stages of my degree and I’m looking for someone to share a two-bedroom flat with me from November. My current house mate is sadly leaving which means one of the bedrooms will be available soon. The flat is very close to both White City tube station (10-15 min walk) and East Acton Station (7-10 mins) and it's based in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. We also have a big Lidl close by (about 10 minute walk) which is very convenient for groceries.

If you happen to study at Imperial, the flat is in very close proximity to Hammersmith Campus (only 7 mins walk) and White City Campus (10-12 mins walk) so it’s very convenient to get in the office. There is also a free shuttle to South Ken Campus, 7-8 mins away from the flat, which takes you there in 35 minutes.

The flat comes fully furnished so you don't need to buy anything unless you want to. The landlord is lovely, and will be happy to make any adjustments, or buy anything you need, when you move in.
