Flatmate wanted

Hello!

I am looking to sublet my bedroom in my lovely and comfortable flat.

The room itself is completely furnished, clean and ready to be moved into. It has a very new double bed and is completely furnished. My stuff is currently in my room - so I am looking for someone wholesome and lovely who I can trust to rent it out to.

The flat is in a great location within 10 minutes walk to the centra line / Hammersmith and city line / metropolitan line. Its located next to lime bike hubs and is also a stones throw away from Westfield shopping centre...

You'd be sharing the flat with two girls - India and Ruth. Both busy and accomplished. While it's a friendly and easy going place to live we all very much live our own lives. It's NOT a party flat. Its more 'safe haven' vibes - it's clean and well cared for and we have a weekly cleaner (included in the bills)

We are looking for someone naturally tidy who wants to keep the space feeling homey and wholesome.

The rent is 850 PLUS bills (which come to about 150 including a weekly cleaner, internet, tv, etc...)

I am looking to move back into the flat but my move in date is flexible and I could work around you. I am looking for someone who wants to move in asap for at least two months...

I am currently living in Sydney (hence the sublet), so if my response is slightly slow it'll be due to the time difference.
