* The rent will be £1024 excluding bills.
* Bills is approximately +/-£80 pp each moth (water, electricity, wifi, council tax etc.)
* The flat is located near White City / Wood Lane station - W12.
* It is approximately 10 mins walk from from White City station / Wood Lane station.
* There is a Sainsbury and Tesco nearby and it is also close to Westfield.
* 3 bedroom flat and the room will you'll be taking over will be the biggest one in the flat. The room is furnished with a double-sized bed and built-in wardrobes.
* The living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet will all be shared with 2 other female professionals (myself and another friend).
We are looking for a female to take over the room preferably a professional (students are also welcome but will need a guarantor)
We are also a pork-free household and would love if you can respect that 🫶🏼
