Nice Room in White City

Hey all!
I'm Angelo, an Italian professional who made London his home! I'm looking for someone to take over the room my current flatmate is leaving in November, for a year-long contract.
Ideally I'm looking for young professionals or PhD students :)
The area is lovely and quite safe, with the property surrounded by trees and green and much quieter than Uxbridge Road or Wood Lane.
Move-in date is the 12th of November, which is when my dear flatmate leaves London for good.
The room itself has a double bed and a large wardrobe (with a chest of drawers inside as well), desk and chair should be available to be bought from (or just left for free) from my current flatmate (you'll have to coordinate with him).
The flat has a medium sized living room as well, nothing huge but it's perfect for entertaining a few guests or relaxing after work.
Ideally I'm looking for someone quite tidy and respectful of common areas, but I'm reasonable and won't make a fuss if you leave some stuff around.
The flat is a 5min walk from White City Station (central) and Wood Lane (circle/H&C), and it overlooks the BBC studios, so it's really perfectly connected. Westfield London is also a 5 min-ish walk, and other shops in the Shepherd's Bush area are a 10min walk away.
Bills are around 120/130£ per month including council tax.
