We are a friendly working family (myself, a doctor at Imperial College London, 36, my wife, a translator, 26, and our 1-year-old baby) living in the flat. We are usually out during the day and are generally available after 6:00 pm on weekdays and on weekends, ensuring a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
The flat will be available from the 17th of January until the end of February 2025, as we will be vacating it due to my contract with Imperial College ending in February. We are open to exploring the option of moving into another flat together if both parties find it suitable.
Despite the flat's standard rent being £3000/month, I receive a staff discount, making the rent £1050/month inclusive of council tax, water, electricity, and gas.
