Large double bedroom in 3 bedroom flat for £1080 a month, bills excluded-comes to roughly £160 per month, which includes absolutely everything: gas, electric, water, council tax, cleaner, broadband, WiFi, Netflix and Prime.

You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one very clean and tidy person. I have my own bathroom.

Available from 17th July, long-term. We’re looking for someone to share our home with us, rather than a person who’ll just stick around for a few months.

Looking for a single individual (no couples pls) to share with a 38 year old French guy and a 40 year old South African girl….As well as a sausage dog. I am open to potentially allowing someone with a small, well-behaved dog.

About us - We’re both into fitness, food, chilling with friends, watching movies, bbq and beer! I am a personal trainer and massage therapist. I also do jiu jitsu in my spare time. And I’m a lover of plants. My flatmate works from home with international students and enjoys CrossFit. We respect each others’ personal space as well as cooking for each other occasionally or just watching movies. I love barbecuing (being South African!), so when the sun is out, I like to throw some food on the fire. If you like the same things, are considerate, respectful and neat, we’d love to welcome you.

The room is very spacious with a large hanging wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk (if you’re working from home) and a large king size bed.

The bathroom is a wet room with big shower.

The rest of the flat opens up into a very well equipped and stocked kitchen, large dining room and lounge area, which further opens into a two-level garden.

The basement has a ‘cinema room’ with two large comfy couches and a huge tv. It really is a lovely flat!

There’s plenty of space for all flatmates to be around, yet not be in anyone’s way.

The flat has ample storage, a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove, American style fridge/freezer (which makes its own ice!), underfloor heating, fast WiFi, skylights and literally every piece of kitchen equipment you need.

There are three different tube lines within 10min walk, an overground station and a bunch of bus stops all around the area, so easily commute anywhere in London.

Westfield is just a stones throw away.
