Double Room - White City - available late July!

Hi all!

I’m moving rooms within my current place so need to find someone to take over my current room (it will be a new tenancy contract). It’s a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom (2 toilets, 1 shower-bath) house in White City, West London. I’ve been here since February and love the spot, it’s so convenient and right near a park too!!

LOCATION: Zone 2 - 5 mins walk from White City (Central line), 7 mins from Wood Lane (Circle, Hammersmith and City), 15 mins from Shepherds Bush station (Central, Circle, H&C and Overground). Really well connected to central, by buses too!! SUPER close to Westfields too!!!

RENT: £935pcm/225pw - all bills included except internet (which is £10 per month)

TENANCY START DATE: 26th July (The tenancy contract will be for 9 or 14 months, and there is a break clause)

ROOM: the bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe shown are included.

HOUSEMATES: there’s Mady (me!), civil servant; Martin, a PhD student in something neurosciencey (can you tell I’m not a STEM girlie?); and Patricia, a personal trainer. It’s a friendly house, we’re all very busy so don’t cross over loads but like to chat when we do, and we all pitch in to keep it kept clean and tidy. Not a big party house, but we have friends over from time to time, and we have a lovely back garden to hang out in during warmer time.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Ideally someone between 23-35ish who wants to be part of the household! Would probably not be suited for full time WFH, but can definitely do a couple days per week if needed.
