Double room by Westfield available

Hello,

Our flatmate has decided to move out, so we are looking for someone to take over and sign a new contract from 18th August for the empty double room.

The flat is located approximately 10mins walk from White city station and 15mins walk from Westfield Shopping Center. There is a lovely large living room used as a communal space, and a kitchen with appliances and cutlery provided, though you are more than welcome to bring your own. There is a separate toilet and bathroom.

You will be living with 2 friendly and clean professional flatmates in their 20s - we are an LGBTQ+ friendly household.

The room is a double room. Rent works out to £700 per calendar month, and bills will come to approximately £100-150 per month (council tax, internet, gas, electricity & water).

The landlady is lovely, and happy to purchase furniture/call out contractors as and when needed. In the 6 years I have lived at the flat we have gotten a new boiler & thermostat, a new shower, a new washing machine, a tumble dryer, a new microwave, the whole flat has been repainted, and I have received new furniture for my own room whenever I have asked.
